Victoria Laboratories operates a nationwide network of 16 diagnostic locations across Trinidad and Tobago, with main facilities in San Fernando, Port of Spain, and St. James, supported by three satellite laboratories and ten dedicated patient service/collection centres. Patients and employers can access walk-in phlebotomy, routine blood testing, corporate screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and wellness diagnostics without traveling to major hospitals.

All sites follow ISO 15189–aligned protocols, including validated identification checks, temperature-controlled storage, and secure digital tracking. Each specimen is logged through our Laboratory Information System (LIS) and routed through automated pre-analytical workflows to our central or satellite labs in San Fernando, Port of Spain, and St. James for processing.
